(NOTE. We aim to treat everyone fairly but as we offer Free postage on Sales only we will have to deduct our postage and costs from any refund due to you - this is set as a minimum charge of £2.00. You will be responsible for any cost of returning the goods such as packing and postage. Please ensure the correct postage has been paid otherwise if the item is underpaid and the Post Office charge a fee this amount will be deducted from your refund).

This applies to prices offered by Online Retailers and excludes all Auction Sites (such as eBay) and also Amazon as they sometimes offer their goods at a loss just to increase turnover. As we don't charge for delivery, the price used as a comparison should include any delivery charge that would be payable if you had ordered the product from that other retailer. The product must be identical, in stock and available for purchase.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are NOT held in clear text on any web site so you can be happy that your details are secure. We use SagePay who are acknowledged leaders using the latest security technology.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online parts and accessories store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept PayPal and all major Credit Card and Debit Cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron and American Express) payments in British Pounds (Sterling) only and currently only accept orders from the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, normal post or over the Internet.

When the order is placed we will send a Confirmation of Order email. This is to indicate that we have received your order, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when you receive the invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing and we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. When we dispatch the goods you will receive another email informing you that the item(s) are on their way to you.

Delivery Policy

We will endeavour to ship your order right away. Our daily cut off time for same day despatch is 2.30pm Monday - Friday, (excluding bank holidays). Our standard terms are that postage is FREE of charge throughout the UK mainland for any order, using Royal Mail 1st class post. This has an approximate 93% success rate for next day delivery. *

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms.

You may cancel an Order at any point up until payment is taken.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Faulty Goods

On very rare occasions bulbs are faulty when they leave the factory. If a bulb we send you does not work for any reason when first fitted, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. We may need the faulty bulb returned to us though, so we can send it back to the manufacturer. Please contact us before returning any items to be sure.

Wrong goods or Unwanted Goods

Limit of Liability

Please note that any claim for goods that are considered unsuitable or do not perform as expected is limited to the price paid for the item(s). Under no circumstances will any claim for 'Consequential Loss' be entertained. Time is NOT of the essence in the contract formed between ourselves and you.

For example - if a garage needs booking to fit a part or do an MOT we advise that you do not arrange the booking until you have actually received the order from ourselves as the order may be delayed for reasons outside of our control (such as the weather).

VAT and Tax Charges

Click-2-Order Ltd is not registered for VAT and therefore orders are not subject to VAT.
