This bulb has 2 filaments in it, as it does BOTH the dip and main beam. (1 for each) and so has three spade connectors at the end.

These are E1 certified to fully comply with European ECE Regulations and also use UV-blocking Quartz Glass to filter out the ultraviolet rays that are potentially damaging to modern plastic head lighting units.
